"BULLETMODE" is my second animated film, created during my time as a student at Vancouver Film School. The ambitious scope of the project—featuring numerous scenes and rapid scene transitions—exceeded the requirements for a final film project, forcing me to restart and develop a new script. Despite this, the original concept remained close to my heart, and I continued refining it alongside my other assignments.

The narrative was heavily inspired by the music, driving me to tell a cohesive and compelling story entirely without dialogue. Set in a world where colors weave the narrative, every detail is designed to merge seamlessly, creating an immersive visual experience.

At its core, "BULLETMODE" symbolizes the tireless work ethic of the average animator. The minimalist character design was inspired by my classmates, whose diverse styles and approaches to emotive characters with minimal details taught me the power of “less is more.” This approach not only emphasizes simplicity but also ensures the creation of iconic and visually striking characters that resonate with audiences.
